From enquiry to installation

What happens, and what you sign
01You send the brief5 minutes

The form below. Five minutes. No commitment, and no need to know your final dimensions.

02Scoping callWithin 72 working hours

A project lead calls you back, checks technical feasibility and tells you straight away if the site or the shape poses a problem.

03Quote and 3D renderLead time to confirm

A priced proposal with a render of the piece in your venue, day and night. You see what you are buying before you decide.

04SignatureCommitment point

The order becomes firm when the proposal is signed. Everything before this point is free and commits you to nothing.

05Production, with eyes on itLead time to confirm

Workshop photos as it is built, and the inflation test validated with you before anything leaves. No surprise on delivery day.

06Delivery and installationAgreed at signature

Transport, assembly by our teams, handover on site, standby during the run, then dismantling and storage.

Production lead times are confirmed on the quote: they depend on the size of the piece, the finish and the workshop load. We would rather announce a date we hold than one that sells.

4 · Review

This is a quote request, not a firm order. Nothing is committed at this stage. Our team reviews technical feasibility and sends you a priced proposal; the order is only confirmed once that proposal is signed.

Request received.

A confirmation has been sent to your inbox. A project lead reviews the feasibility and gets back to you within 72 working hours, with a first opinion on the volume and a priced proposal.

Frequently asked

Technical and practical
Can you make any character into an inflatable?

Almost. Air gives rounded volumes, so very thin limbs, sharp edges and fine details get reworked or reinforced. We tell you at the feasibility stage what will change and show it in the 3D render before manufacture.

What files do you need?

A 3D model (OBJ, FBX, STL) is ideal. An illustration, a sketch or even clear photographs are enough to start, we rebuild the volume ourselves.

What sizes are possible?

From around two metres to monumental pieces spanning several tens of metres. The real limit is the site: access, ceiling height, anchor points and wind exposure.

How long does a project take?

Lead times depend on size, finish and workshop load. To be confirmed

Does the blower run all the time?

On constant-air pieces, yes: the fabric is slightly permeable and the blower maintains the pressure. Sealed pieces are inflated once and closed. We tell you which applies and give you the consumption figure.

Can we reuse the piece?

Yes, that is the point of building it properly. We clean, inspect, repair and store your pieces between dates, so the same structure travels from one site to the next.

Is the piece guaranteed?

Two years from acceptance as a rule, against manufacturing defects and non-conformity with the approved file; the agreed term is stated on your proposal. Normal wear, vandalism and exceptional weather events are excluded, as set out in our terms.

How do you handle maintenance?

Cleaning, repair and storage are handled in our workshop. Terms to be confirmed

Do you work outside France?

Yes, across Europe. Transport and installation are quoted per destination.
